01Do I need to be there on the day?+
No. Many clearances happen while the owner or executor is elsewhere. We agree access with you beforehand and let you know when the job is done.
02Why does it matter who takes my waste?+
Householders have a legal duty to give their waste only to a registered waste carrier. If waste is fly-tipped, the householder it came from can be fined. We are a registered waste carrier, and we can give you our registration details on request.
03What happens to things that are still usable?+
We set aside items that can be reused or recycled, so as little as possible goes to waste. Anything you want to keep, tell us before the day.
04How quickly can you start?+
