01Do you need us to be there?+
No. Most void clearances happen with no one on site. We agree access and keys with you or your agent beforehand, and confirm when the job is done.
02What if the previous tenant left belongings?+
Tell us before the clearance. Anything you want kept or stored is set aside. Check your own obligations for abandoned belongings before work starts.
03Why does it matter who takes the waste?+
Landlords and agents have a legal duty to give waste only to a registered waste carrier. If waste is fly-tipped, the business it came from can be fined. We are a registered waste carrier, and we can give you our registration details on request.
